Product Overview
Our Cement Blanket is a revolutionary composite material that combines high-strength fiberglass fabric with a uniformly distributed cementitious core. It remains flexible in its dry state for easy transportation and conforms to various ditch shapes, then hardens rapidly upon hydration to form a robust, waterproof, and corrosion-resistant protective layer.
This innovative solution eliminates on-site concrete mixing, significantly reducing construction time and labor costs while ensuring consistent quality throughout your project.
Application Scenarios
Specifically engineered for ditch lining applications including:
  • Agricultural irrigation ditches
  • Municipal drainage systems
  • Highway side ditches
  • Industrial wastewater channels
The cement blanket effectively prevents soil erosion from water flow, blocks seepage to maintain water volume, and resists chemical corrosion from agricultural fertilizers and industrial residues. Suitable for both straight and curved ditches, it adapts to complex terrain without requiring additional cutting or shaping.
Construction Process
  1. Preparation: Clean the ditch surface thoroughly, removing debris, stones, and uneven protrusions to ensure a flat, stable base.
  2. Unfolding & Laying: Roll out the cement blanket along the ditch, overlapping adjacent sheets by 10-15cm. Secure edges with anchor bolts or steel nails to prevent displacement.
  3. Hydration: Spray water evenly across the cement blanket until fully saturated. Avoid excessive water to prevent runoff and ensure proper curing.
  4. Curing: Allow the blanket to harden naturally for 24-48 hours. The material can withstand light water flow after initial curing, with full strength achieved within 7 days.
